Founded in 1937, CEA is a well-established employer association serving 20,000+ businesses throughout California and out-of-state employers with remote California employees. Our primary offerings are education, consulting, training, and membership support. Membership provides valuable phone support, tools, and resources to assist in day-to-day human resources functions. CEA’s virtual and onsite consulting and training services help employers with various HR and employment issues, including expertise in wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks, union negotiations, and organizational development.
