Optimize the Operations for a great mission!

Our client is hiring a detail-oriented, high-energy, self-starter who has a “take charge” approach to optimizing the business operations. The ideal candidate has a knack for innovating and creating operational efficiencies and can roll their sleeves up to tackle a variety of initiatives around a fast-growth, small business.  Bring order to a busy operation with people who are involved in life-saving work.

The ideal candidate can review and interpret healthcare content from a variety of sources and has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. The successful candidate will apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Required experience includes expert-level skills with Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.  You must have experience and thrive in a super-fast-paced, ever-changing environment.  Responsibilities will include creating presentations, newsletter copy, draft documents and analyze stakeholder lists, review project plans and update the plan.< This is currently a 100% remote position but the successful candidate will be based in Los Angeles or San Diego for a possible hybrid remote transition next year.  Excellent compensation, growth trajectory and benefits. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years of project management leading large-scale implementation efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of logical decision-making and a calm demeanor.
