Service Desk Consultant

Our client is a mission-driven healthcare organization located in downtown Los Angeles. We are seeking an experienced contractor who has proven performance with the optimization of a service desk environment. This is a short-term contract engagement and pays $100.00 an hour depending on experience. Hybrid work environment. The experienced contractor can assess the service desk (8 people), create the roadmap to get to peak efficiency, and execute the roadmap including staff structure, processes and systems, training, and SOP creation and implementations.
